Pasta in white sauce/ How to make pasta in white sauce

Paste in White Sauce recipe

Ingredients

  • Macaroni/Penne Pasta- 1 cup
  • Carrots:- 1 chopped
  • Capsicum/Bell pepper(if prefer): 1 chopped
  • Peas-1/2 cup
  • Onion- 1 chopped
  • Sweet corn: 1/2 cup
  • Refined flour(maida)-1 table spoon
  • Butter- 1 table spoon
  • Milk-1 to 1.5 cup
  • Black pepper powder:1/4 tea spoon
  • Salt: to taste

Method: How to make Pasta in White Sauce


  • Boil pasta with 1/4 tea spoon salt and 1 tea spoon oil in a deep pan. Boil for 10-12 minutes or till it gets little softer. After boiling the pasta drain all the water from pan and keep it  aside.
  • White sauce: Heat 1 table spoon butter in a pan. Add refined flour (maida) and saute for half a minute. Now add milk and keep stirring the sauce,  make sure there are no lumps in sauce. Now add pinch of salt and black pepper powder and stir. Sauce is ready. Keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add all vegetables and saute. Add salt and black pepper. Add boiled pasta when the vegetables become little soft. Mix well and add white sauce to it. Turn off the flame. 
  • Sprinkle chili flacks if you want. Pasta is ready. Serve hot and Enjoy.
