Green chutney is the soul of Indian snacks. Whether you want to enjoy your samosa, pakore or any chaat; this chutney is a must. This can be made in different styles more or less spicy or tangy. Today I am going to share a very simple and quick recipe to dhania pudina chutney that you can easily make with few ingredients.
Ingredients for Dhania Pudina Chutney
- Mint leaves/Pudina: 1 cup fresh
- Coriander: 1 cup fresh
- Ginger: 1 inch piece
- Green chillies: 2 or per taste
- Galic Cloves: 2-3
- Cumin Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Salt: as per taste
- Lemon Juice: 2 tbsp
Preparations for Green Chutney Recipe
- Wash Mint leaves and coriander leaves to get rid of dirt or mud.
- Peel ginger and garlic cloves.
Method/How to make Dhania Pudina Green Chutney
- Take a blender jar.
- Add coriander, min leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic cloves and 2 tbsp water.
- Now blend it in short pulses.
- If you need more water to blend it to a paste add
- till you get smooth consistency.
- Now add salt, cumin powder, lemon juice and blend for 15 sec.
- Now delicious green chutney is ready.
- Enjoy it with samosa, pakore or anything you would love to eat with.
