How to make Dhania Pudina chutney recipe at home

Green chutney is the soul of Indian snacks. Whether you want to enjoy your samosa, pakore or any chaat; this chutney is a must. This can be made in different styles more or less spicy or tangy. Today I am going to share a very simple and quick recipe to dhania pudina chutney that you can easily make with few ingredients.

Dhania Pudina Chutney Recipe

Ingredients for Dhania Pudina Chutney

  • Mint leaves/Pudina: 1 cup fresh
  • Coriander: 1 cup fresh
  • Ginger: 1 inch piece
  • Green chillies: 2 or per taste
  • Galic Cloves: 2-3
  • Cumin Powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Salt: as per taste
  • Lemon Juice: 2 tbsp

Preparations for Green Chutney Recipe

  • Wash Mint leaves and coriander leaves to get rid of dirt or mud.
  • Peel ginger and garlic cloves.

Method/How to make Dhania Pudina Green Chutney

  • Take a blender jar.
  • Add coriander, min leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic cloves and 2 tbsp water.
  • Now blend it in short pulses.
  • If you need more water to blend it to a paste add 
  • till you get smooth consistency.
  • Now add salt, cumin powder, lemon juice and blend for 15 sec.
  • Now delicious green chutney is ready.
  • Enjoy it with samosa, pakore or anything you would love to eat with.
